Question by diesel8111: Home mortgage Legal advice.? I bought a home with a girl I am no longer seeing. She asked me to move out and I told her I could not afford rent and the morgage. She said her mom would help and not to worry about it. Later I signed papers to get my name off the deed for the house. My name is still on the mortgage.
